WHY AECETIA?
Aecetia was born with the aim of supporting families by offering a high quality service. Our services allow them to have more free time to spend on their occupations and hobbies. We do all of this in order to offer the highest possible welfare for you, promoting the conciliation of work and family life, at the same time that we provide quality employment.

We promote decent work for people in difficulties.
Our contribution is to offer incentives for creating jobs. We select and train people who are at a competitive disadvantage to achieve a stable, decent and legal employment.

WORKERS
Aecetia employees have knowledge and skills acquired thanks to an exhaustive training program that covers theoretical and practical aspects. They put their will and effor to carry out their tasks perfectly.
Within their theoretical training we cover aspects related to home help and home care operations, among many others. We sign collaboration agreements with employers to carry out work apprenticeship.
We also take care of processing al the documentation of the workwers with the relevant Administrations, so that it is easier for them to be included in the workplace.
